Wholesaler Terms

By submitting a deal, the submitter represents that they have authority to submit the opportunity and have contract control, direct seller authorization, or another legitimate right to present the deal.

Submitted information should accurately disclose contract price, asking price, assignment fee, closing date, title company, access details, photos, documents, and known material facts. No undisclosed daisy chain deals should be submitted.

Direct Offer Group LLC may review, reject, request more information, remove, or potentially market accepted deals to buyers. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, marketing, offers, buyer selection, or sale.

Wholesalers may not bypass Direct Offer Group LLC on buyers introduced through the platform. Fee splits or JV terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
