The Direct Offer Group LLC portal is provided for buyer applications, lender and funding partner applications, wholesaler and deal submitter submissions, deal review, packet requests, offers, funding requests, messages, alerts, and related marketplace activity.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, respecting confidentiality, using the portal lawfully, honoring communication preferences, and completing their own due diligence before making business decisions.

Direct Offer Group LLC does not guarantee that any submitted deal will be accepted, published, funded, purchased, assigned, sold, or closed. Direct Offer Group LLC does not guarantee funding approval, buyer performance, lender performance, title approval, pricing, repair estimates, ARV estimates, occupancy, access, or closing timelines.

Users must independently verify property condition, title, zoning, valuation, repair scope, financial assumptions, documents, contract rights, access, occupancy, licensing, taxes, liens, insurance, and transaction requirements.

Prohibited conduct includes submitting false information, misusing private documents, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, interfering with portal operations, harassing other users, bypassing opt-outs, uploading unsafe files, or disclosing confidential source information outside authorized channels.

Direct Offer Group LLC may approve, limit, suspend, remove, or reject accounts, submissions, offers, messages, documents, funding requests, or deal access at any time to protect the network, comply with law, enforce platform rules, or address operational risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Offer Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, or transaction-failure damages arising from portal use, property information, user conduct, or third-party services.
