Admin users can access portal records as needed to operate the network. Buyers, lenders, wholesalers, and funding partners receive only the information made available to their role, status, and approval level. Wholesaler and source information is restricted to admin-only views unless Direct Offer Group LLC deliberately authorizes disclosure.

Direct Offer Group LLC uses service providers for hosting, email, SMS, storage, security scanning, analytics, and related portal operations. Information may also be shared with closing participants, title professionals, attorneys, lenders, or transaction parties when needed for a specific transaction or legal obligation.

Records are retained while needed for portal operations, legal compliance, dispute handling, security auditing, fraud prevention, accounting, and transaction history. Users may request deletion or correction by contacting support, but some records may be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, security, or transaction purposes.

Security measures include HTTPS, role-based access controls, admin two-factor authentication, encrypted storage for secure funding-room documents, virus scanning for accepted upload routes, secure session cookies, and audit logging for sensitive actions. No security program can eliminate all risk.
