Buyer Terms

Buyers may not market, repost, assign, distribute, scrape, or share Direct Offer Group LLC deals, addresses, photos, documents, or packet information without written permission.

Buyers may not contact sellers, occupants, title companies, agents, or deal sources directly unless Direct Offer Group gives written authorization. Attempts to bypass Direct Offer Group LLC may result in revoked access.

Deal information is confidential. Direct Offer Group LLC does not guarantee ARV, repairs, rents, permits, zoning, condition, title, financing, access, or closing. Submitting an offer does not guarantee acceptance.

Full address and document access may be limited to approved or verified buyers. Buyers must provide real funding ability when requested.
