Buyer Verification Standards
Buyers may be asked to verify identity, contact information, buying entity, funding ability, closing history, acquisition criteria, and consent preferences before receiving full deal access.
Lender Verification Standards
Lenders and funding partners may be reviewed for lending criteria, markets served, funding capacity, proof of lending activity, licensing information when applicable, references, and communication preferences.
Deal Submission Standards
Deal submitters should provide accurate property details, pricing, contract status, assignment or JV economics, access instructions, photos, documents, deadlines, title information when available, and any known material issues.
Document Handling Standards
Private documents must be uploaded through portal upload routes, marked with appropriate visibility, and used only for the deal or funding request where access was granted. Buyers and lenders must not redistribute private documents without authorization.
Communication Standards
Users must keep communication professional, respect opt-outs, avoid misleading claims, and use portal messaging or approved Direct Offer Group LLC channels for sensitive deal communications.
Dispute Handling Standards
Direct Offer Group LLC may review account activity, audit logs, messages, submissions, documents, and transaction history when resolving disputes, suspected abuse, access issues, or rule violations.
